Shipping & Returns

This page explains how Max Supply Co. (“Max Supply,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) ships orders and handles returns. The exact shipping methods and costs available for your order are always calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your destination ZIP code. The available methods and their costs are displayed for your address before payment, so there are no surprise charges after you order. Orders of $250 or more ship free.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. Delivery time after shipment depends on the method selected at checkout and your destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we email a confirmation with tracking information when it is available. You can also view your orders in your account.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, and return shipping is free— we provide a prepaid return label. Items must be unused, in resalable condition, and in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us with your order number using the details below and we’ll send you a return label and instructions. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping where applicable.
