## Description

Dixon® ground joint double spud, series: Boss™, fitting/connector: spud, 1 in nominal, 1-7/8 in hex, steel, plated, 2-3/16 in L dimensions.

Features

- The spuds parts of the coupling serves as one half of the boss ground joints connections and is usually fixed to the equipment

- The stem parts than is clamped to the hose is the other half

- The two halves are connected or disconnected by rotating the wing nut on the spuds, when connected they achieve both a mechanical, and a pressure seal

- Leak-proof seal forms when the metal head of the stem makes contact with the patented polymer seat in the spuds
