## Description

Crosby® turnbuckle, HG-226, Eye-Eye End/End, 5/16 in thread diameter, 800 lb working load limit, 4-1/2 in take up, 9.98 in close length, steel, hot dipped galvanized.

Features

- End fittings are quenched and tempered or normalized, bodies heat treated by normalizing

- Turnbuckle eyes are forged elongated, by design, to maximize easy attachment in system and minimize stress in the eye

- Modified UNJ thread on end fittings for improved fatigue properties

- Body has UNC threads

- Importantly, these turnbuckles meet other critical performance requirements including fatigue life, impact properties and material traceability, not addressed by ASME B30.26
